Skill Level 1 is a step-by-step walkthrough of the ‘Upper Section’ of our RPS Teach Poster, supported by the Facilitation Guide & Workbook.
The accompanying Guide explains each image, highlighting the Important Steps,Key Points, and most importantly the Reasons Why behind them, making learning clear and practical. This is supported by short Teach Videos for Background, Purpose, Process and the People aspects of applying the RPS to your situation.
The Teach Poster keeps things simple and visual, breaking down RPS to deepen your knowledge and promote reflection on your situation. It serves as a consistent reference, ensuring learning stays focused and actionable.

Our team at the LEA can deliver the RPS Course (Skill Levels 1 and 2) face to face, at your site in a practical Workshop style format.
Depending upon your needs, this 1 day activity will enable your team to Understand what the RPS method is and how to apply it.
The practical workshop is run using a learn by doing style. After each teach point, the delegates practice using the method with a case study. Manufacturing and non-manufacturing case studies are available. Using the case study, an RPS Quadrant Chart is completed during the workshop to confirm their understanding.
If required online coaching support can be arranged to help the delegates become Capable (Skill Level 3) by solving an actual problem using the RPS method at their workplace!
