For each subject we try to use a Visual Poster to teach and coach through your “Lean Learning Journey”
So first step is to develop some basic knowledge & awareness of a subject – Skill Level 1
This is what the Skill Level 1 section of our platform aims to achieve for A3 Practical Problem Solving.
This is actually where most class-room or on-line education stops.
Skill Level 2 encourages people to learn more deeply about the subject area.
Then you can practically apply it in Skill Level 3 and become capable to teach others in Skill Level 4
To develop your thinking & practice through each skill level we use a Four Step “Guided Learning Path” which follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle.

You may however take longer or complete it more quickly – it depends on your existing knowledge base and experience.
