Lean Course Introduction

Welcome

This course focuses on gaining some basic knowledge around Kaizen Activities. We see Kaizen as basic mindset and underlying thinking of anyone wanting to make a change or improvement. This is explored more in the Purpose section of this course with respect to the Lean Transformation Framework or LTF.

The LTF is our approach in applying Lean Thinking & Practice to your situational problems, to make successful and sustainable changes.

Core to our Guided Learning process is the Visual Kaizen Activities Teach Poster & Facilitation Guide

It is structured around Purpose, Process and People.

From our experience, we have found this to be the most effective way to teach others and enable them to share their knowledge quickly and easily with others.
