After a fantastic response to the sold-out visits at Toyota’s Deeside Engine Plant and Burnaston Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in 2024, we’re excited to announce another opportunity to collaborate with Toyota UK in 2025! This year, participants can tour either the Engine Manufacturing Plant in Deeside, North Wales, or the Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Burnaston, Derby. This year, participants will have the unique chance to explore how Toyota develops the capabilities of its team members at either of their plants. All proceeds of the visit will be donated to Toyota’s Charitable Trust. In 2024, we raised over £24,000 with your incredible support—let’s aim even higher this year!

In order to attend the Toyota Plant Visit, you must purchase a UK Lean Summit 2025 Ticket, as the visits are both closely connected to the Toyota keynotes and learning sessions at the summit, providing attendees with a deeper understanding of Toyota’s capability development and way of thinking.
