Progressing to Skill Level 3: Capable
Now you have some Understanding about the 4 Step Rapid Problem Solving Method.
It’s time to take your capability to the next level!
Develop your capability as you progress through the 4 different Skill Levels.
The Skill Level 2 course provides a deeper Understanding of the “thinking way” behind the 4 Step Rapid Problem Solving method and visualising it on to an RPS Quadrant Chart.
Skill Level 3: Capable
To become Capable however, you must practice using the RPS approach on real business problems.
To do this we recommend that you gain access to a Skill Level 4 Coach in order to help you through using the method on a number of problems to become Capable.
If you do not have access to a Skill Level 4 Coach, here at the LEA we can help you. We have a number of Senior Lean Coaches available to help further your development by supporting and coaching you on actual business problems.
