Although this book predominatly focuses on using the A3 management process to solve problems. It also provides the coaching dialogue between Sanderson (mentor) and Porter (mentee). As coaching is one of the core leadership skills we would recommend this book as useful source of information and insight in to the skill of effective coaching.
