Mark Reich is a Senior Coach and Chief Engineer, Strategy at the Lean Enterprise Institute in the United States. Mark spent 23 years at Toyota, beginning in 1988 with six years in Japan’s Overseas Planning Division, where he worked with Chief Engineers onproduct planning – including the launch of Lexus.
