Description

Teach Poster

The 8 step Practical Problem Solving Teach Poster in A1 size is the perfect visual for you and your team, whether it’s for home or in the workplace. The top section of the teach poster explains the Purpose, Process and People of practical problem solving, which includes a problem solving framework matrix and our lean transformation framework. Moving down the poster, the bottom section breakdowns and defines the key learning points of 8 steps through clear visuals.

The poster is a great visual for those who are progressing on their Practical Problem Solving learning journey through our A3 Practical Problem Solving Level 1 and A3 Practical Problem Solving Level 2 online courses, as well as our A3 Practical Problem Solving: Levels 1 & 2 online coached course. The A1 sized poster has a vinyl finish and is rolled in a cardboard tube for packaging and delivery purposes.

Why use Teach Posters?

After many years of research and experimentation, we have found that this Teach Poster concept works best. Rather than a 100 page PowerPoint slide deck, we have tried to distil the subject matter down on to one piece of paper – a bit like an A3. The images/pictures are used over words to stimulate interest and discussion.

Facilitation Guide

The Practical Problem Solving Facilitation Guide is written for our 8 Step Practical Problem Solving Teach Poster, covering the Important Steps, Key Points and Reasons for each of the images to assist you and/or your team when starting out to teach.

The Key Points are to ensure understanding of the Important Steps. Think of them as the special pieces of information which you need to impart to your team to really get them to understand what you are tying to say. Finally, the Reasons are an explanation of why these steps and points are necessary.
