What is the Lean Transformation Framework?

The Lean Transformation Framework is a set of connected questions to help people think (or rethink) about how they go about using lean thinking. To clarify:

  1. What is your Value Driven Purpose and What Problems are we trying to solve to achieve that?
  2. How do we do & improve the actual work?
  3. How do we develop the capabilities we need?
  4. What management system & leadership behaviours are required to support the new way of working?
  5. What Basic Thinking, Mindset & Assumptions drive this change?

In conclusion, it enables you to think deeper about your situation and consider the critical dimension. Thus enables better application & learning to your unique situation.
