The unevenness (Mura) of Christmas (it is only one day) causes much overburden (Muri) in many households across the globe. With this in mind, we’ve created a light-hearted waste (Muda) spotter’s graphic so you can keep your “waste glasses” tuned during the festive season. Just don’t tell anyone you are wearing them!
December appears to have gone by very quickly. Last week we spent a couple of days at the fantastic Saracen’s Head in Symonds Yat finalising our hoshin for 2025. We were joined by our founder and Chairman Dan Jones. Such sessions are useful to gain agreement on what we should do. We agreed to continue a number of customer led activities, such as next years UK Lean Summit and the Learning Platform development. And we have plans to do some activities we haven’t done before, so stay tuned!
We hope everyone has some well earned DOWNTIME at the end of 2024, a peaceful Christmas and a prosperous 2025.
Best wishes,
Dave Brunt & the LEA team
