Our A3 Thinking workshop is designed around the bestselling workbook by John Shook and published by Lean Enterprise Institute.
This workshop teaches participants:
- Greater understanding of PDCA and the A3 problem solving process

Policy Deployment – Getting the Right Things Done

The Lean Transformation Framework, shared by John Shook of the Lean Enterprise Institute, is the method in which the Lean Enterprise Academy and members of our Lean Global Network have been developing to guide transformations with our partner companies, large and small, across a wide range of industries.

- Writing an A3 (the Author/Owner)
- Reading A3s (the Responder)
- Coaching others about their A3s (the Coach)
