Firstly you need to develop some basic knowledge of the subject – Skill Level 1
This is what the Skill Level 1 courses on our platform aim to achieve for Standardised Work.
However this is actually where most class-room or on-line education stops.
Secondly Skill Level 2 courses encourage people to learn more deeply about the subject area before being able to practically apply it in Skill Level 3 and lastly become capable to teach others in Skill Level 4

The guide time for this Skill Level 1 course is about 2 hours. You may however take longer or complete it more quickly – it depends on your existing knowledge base & experience.
You can use the complementary Skill Level 1 materials individually or as a team.
