Standardised Work – Skill Level 1: Knowledge

Learn Standardised Work Through Guided Learning

Lean Leapers as Teacher

To help you learn and apply Lean Standardised Work to your work, we are putting key subject materials around the Lean Transformation Framework in one place for our customers.

Therefore we want to reduce your non-value added time, by providing the right information at the right time and at the right place so individuals & organisations can develop a thorough knowledge of Lean Standardised Work

Lean Learning Skill Levels for Standardised Work

You may have come here because you want to get the most out of one of the books “Kaizen Express”, or “Lean Thinking” you’ve purchased.

You may be here because you want to start or further develop your skills and understanding of standardised work.

Whatever the reason, we hope to encourage the lean community to become effective learners for life.

However you should be focusing on your skill development rather than training completion or certification!

In addition for each subject we use a Visual Poster to teach & coach through your “Lean Learning Journey”

Firstly you need to develop some basic knowledge of the subjectSkill Level 1

This is what the Skill Level 1 courses on our platform aim to achieve for Standardised Work.

However this is actually where most class-room or on-line education stops.

Secondly Skill Level 2 courses encourage people to learn more deeply about the subject area before being able to practically apply it in Skill Level 3 and lastly become capable to teach others in Skill Level 4

Lean Leaper Guided Learning Path

To develop your thinking & practice through each skill level we use a Four Step “Guided Learning Path” which follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle.

Finally learn more about the approach by clicking the Lean Learning Journey button:

It required me to think about what I believe and do

Though I have lead SW introduction in my organisation, this training required me to reconsider my understanding and showed me different perspectives.
