Small Group Coaching Workshops

Lean workshop The workshops assume familiarity with the books and are the ideal opportunity to learn how to use them to transform your organisation. Groups of six to twelve people will meet in our newly refurbished workshop underneath our offices in Goodrich, near Ross-on-Wye. We will run similar workshops each month throughout this year. We can also run these workshops in your organisation, customised to your needs.

Lean Practitioner Course

The Lean Practitioner Course is an ideal way to build the lean experience of your lean team or line managers. It is a 6 day course (3 – 2 – 1 day) which consist of a theoretical part and a part in which the participant will apply the theory direct in daily practice.

Lean workshopThe Lean Practitioner course is £4,200 plus VAT which includes a visit to your site by the instructor - Dave Brunt.

Lean Healthcare Training

2 Day Training Workshop

Making Hospitals Work is a monthly two day training workshop held at our offices in Goodrich, near Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.

This course is accredited by the Royal College of Nursing Accreditation Unit and also the Royal College of Physicians

The 2 day workshop is £800.00 (plus VAT), or £700.00 if more than 2 delegates from the same organisation are attending.
