In-House Workshops and Training
In addition to the one-day public workshops we are also able to bring our workshops to you, in ways that enable you to use this knowledge directly in your operations and spread it across your business. It is even better to learn using one of your own examples. We tailor our in-house work from our portfolio of workshops. For example:
- Our public workshops held in your organisation - for 15-20 people maximum.
- Three-day workshops (including a half day preparation and management briefing) to create a current state using one of your value streams and to learn how to go through to create a future state and an action plan. This not only gives you something to work on directly but is also an ideal way to train staff from several plants in one place, so they can then replicate the process in their own plants.
- Five-day Action Learning Workshops to help you learn to implement lean techniques in depth and make significant progress in a short space of time. The object is to help you learn to do this yourselves quickly.
