On-Line Ordering
We are pleased to introduce you to our on-line ordering system.
As you add items your order items and totals are displayed in the right-hand 'sidebar'.
We have tried to make the process as simple as possible, and welcome your comments on the subject ...
Adding, amending and deleting items
- To add an item to the order; enter the quantity required ...
... and press any Update button - To amend a quantity; simply enter the correct quantity ...
... and press any Update button. - To delete an item; enter zero (or clear) ...
... and press any Update button.
press the Goto CheckOut button.
View Order
The View Order page shows a summary of your order including all discounts and VAT ...
... but excluding delivery charges.
Press the Proceed to Delivery Page button when you have checked that your Order items are correct.
If you need to modify and quantities or delete an item from the order press the Continue Shopping button to return to the Product Catalogue.
Delivery Address
Please enter the delivery address and contact details.
Fields in bold are required and must be entered before you can proceed.
The Country field has a list of countries (used to calculate the postage charges). For USA and Canada *, Asia and Australasia * and Rest of the World * - please enter the country in the Country 2 field.
Press the Proceed to Confirmation Page button to continue.
Order Confirmation
The Order Confirmation displays your Order showing the postage charges.
The system calculates the most economical way to send the package based on its weight and location.
Press the Proceed to Payment but to continue.
Viewing Presentations and Playing Audio Soundtracks
The Presentations and Audio Tracks should play in most popular browsers. If you do not see the PowerPoint slides inside an Adobe Acrobat Reader frame you may need to install the latest version of Acrobat Reader (see below).
If you are having trouble playing the audio tracks you may need to install one of the audio players (see below) and make sure that it is associated with MP3 files (in Windows see File Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / File Types / Opens With: or on Apple OS-X see Finder / More Info / Open With:)

You can read Kindle edition books (.mobi format) on Amazon’s Kindle (a portable reading device) or download apps to read Kindle books on your Windows PC, Mac, iPhone, Android or Windows phone.

Apple iBooks
You should download Apple iBooks (.epub format) directly to your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch from the link provided. If you try to purchase an iBook via your computer iTunes account you may see a message "Your request could not be completed: the item you requested is not currently available in the US store".

Adobe Acrobat Reader
Presentations are stored as Adobe Acrobat PDF files. To read these files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. For a free download of the latest version please go to:

Audio Soundtracks
The audio soundtracks recorded at the Summit are stored as MPEG (MP3) files. To play these tracks you will need a compatible software product, such as Real Player, QuickTime or Windows Media Player. For a free download of these products please go to:
